The Wolters Kluwer’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness Council- Better known as the IDEA Council, is an employee-led initiative within the Health division to organize activities to promote the development of a more inclusive, accepting, and open culture and work environment. Established in 2019, this group's work tremendously impacts our company and the solutions we offer.
While the members of the IDEA Council at Wolters Kluwer continue important work, they also encourage others to get involved in diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging efforts within their communities and workplaces.
